COVID-19 CANADA POST UPDATE JUNE 5, 2020: 

Canadians should anticipate parcel delays for the foreseeable future, even as Canada Post delivers at record levels. As consumers continue to ramp up and diversify their online shopping, we’re responding to unprecedented parcel volumes, while maintaining important physical distancing measures in all our facilities. Processing record parcel volumes in plants that were never designed to keep people two metres apart takes more time.All of our processing facilities across the country remain at maximum capacity and are facing some challenges with backlog that are creating significant delays.


Some customers may experience delays of 3-4 weeks. Please note that there will be a possible delay with your order.


THE LASH SHOP will NOT be responsible for any delays and cannot guarantee delivery dates . Should you not receive your order after 5 weeks, THE LASH SHOP will issue you a full refund or replacement order.

A Tracking Number will be provided to you via email, and can also be found under your Order History.


All orders required a Signature for delivery. Should no one be available to sign for the package; it will be delivered to the nearest Canada Post Office (please check your tracking number for the Canada Post location).


Signature Collected at Door:

When someone answers the door, the delivery agent will obtain the signature and the signatory’s name then hand the item to the receiver. Signature items are not delivered to children. If there is no answer at the door, the delivery agent will leave a Delivery Notice Card in the addressee’s mail receptacle that directs the addressee to the designated post office to pick up the item. 


Signature Collected at Post Office:

Only the addressee or their authorized representative can pick up an item with Signature at the post office.The addressee must present one valid piece of government-issued photo identification that indicates the same address as on the item.


Please Note: We are not responsible for any Return to Sender shipments due to incorrect shipping address and/or failure to pick up the package from your local Canada Post. Should the order be returned to us, we will refund the value of the contents minus a 20% restocking fee - the shipping fee is not refundable. Should you require to have the order reshipped, an additional $15 shipping fee will apply - no exceptions.

PICKUP

Orders can be picked up free of charge at our Markham location. Please place your order online and select the Pick Up option - select the date and time you wish to pick up. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email with pick up instructions (check your inbox and spam folder).

AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be amended or cancelled if it has not been processed yet. Once the order has been processed, no further changes can be made.




DAMAGED AND/OR MISSING ITEMS

Damaged or missing items must be reported to us within 10 business days (from the date of receipt) to qualify for a replacement. Replacements or compensation will not be provided after 10 business days.




RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Products: Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns. All products are final sale.


Courses: Students are granted instant access to the course content upon purchasing. As a result, all courses are final sale.
